“Lukas wants us to be the best,” says business partner Metin Dag, who has known Podolski for many years as a regular customer at one of his Mangal restaurants. They share the same hunger and philosophy. Together, they forged a plan for a new restaurant. “I only do projects that I stand behind 100 percent and that motivate me,” says Podolski. “I don’t need a big business plan for that.”

We want to expand further because our success story keeps growing: as the next big step, Mangal Döner should be available in many cities in Germany.

Our products are also very successful on another front and reach a wider audience. Our frozen goods, chips, sauces, and various beverages like Ayran are already available in many refrigerated frozen food sections in retail food stores.
