Participation

Participation is only possible within the participation period. Contest start: Friday, June 14, 2024 from 4:00 PM, Contest end: Sunday, July 14, 2024 at 11:59 PM. After the deadline, participation in the contest is no longer possible. Participation in the contest is free of charge.

Eligible Participants

Natural persons who are of legal age and reside in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland are eligible to participate. If a participant has limited legal capacity, the consent of their legal representative is required. All persons involved in the conception and implementation of the contest and employees of the operator, as well as their family members, are not eligible to participate. In addition, the operator reserves the right to exclude persons from participation at its own discretion if there are justified reasons, for example (a) in the case of manipulations in connection with access to or implementation of the contest, (b) in the case of violations of these terms of participation, (c) in the case of unfair conduct, or (d) in the case of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the contest.

Disclaimer

The contest is organized by us. Instagram and Facebook are not associated with the contest in any way and are released from any responsibility. We reserve the right to immediately terminate, extend, or shorten the contest at our own discretion. Additionally, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian. The winners will be announced on July 14 and notified regarding the delivery of the prize.

The following prizes will be awarded:

10x table football games, 10x jerseys, 10x footballs, 1x pair of football boots. MD-LP Gastronomie GmbH will determine the winners from all participants by July 31, 2024, 4:00 PM at the latest. Those who have complied with the terms of participation will be considered for the evaluation. The decision will be made by a random draw. The winners of the contest will then be notified via Instagram. Exchange, cash payment, and self-collection are not possible. MD-LP Gastronomie GmbH will cover the shipping costs (exclusively to Germany, Switzerland, Austria). Any additional costs incurred in claiming the prize are the responsibility of the winner. The winner is responsible for any potential taxation of the prize. If the winner does not respond within 3 days after being informed of their win, the prize may be transferred to another participant.

Termination of the Contest

The organizer expressly reserves the right to terminate the entire contest without prior notice and without giving reasons. This applies in particular to any reasons that would disrupt or prevent the planned course of the contest.

Applicable Law

Questions or complaints in connection with the contest should be directed to the operator. Contact options can be found in the imprint of MD-LP Gastronomie GmbH. The operator’s contest is subject exclusively to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.

Data Protection

Personal data is not required to participate in the contest. Only the winner must provide their personal data to MD-LP Gastronomie GmbH for the shipment of the prize. The winner assures that the information provided about their person, especially first/last name and email address, is truthful and correct. The organizer points out that all personal data of the participant will be used exclusively for the purpose of the contest. There will be no further use of personal data. Each participant can revoke their consent to the use of their data with effect for the future. The revocation should be addressed to the organizer’s contact details provided in the imprint. After revoking consent, the collected and stored personal data of the participant will be deleted immediately.
